Hi Scott, yes this frame is on mycncuk which is where I get a lot of help making the machine, yes it is a router and most use epoxy resin to deal with flatness because it self level to a really good flatness so that's how they are doing it. I will only be cutting wood and plastics and the total weight will only be 80kg so the frame won't be taking a lot of weight.

Just an idea but if you guys was to just bolt it together what would you do to help align it all square And just weld triangle supports on?

At those dimensions i would be thinking at the design stage about lifting and positioning, so as to introduce any twist while transporting.
Will it need lifting eyes or fork lift pockets. Commercial CNC machines often have brackets that bars go through so they can sling them and lift from a central point.
