No disrespect here, so please don’t take this offensively but the kitchen decor looks somewhat dated. It is very likely whoever ends up purchasing that will already be factoring into their offer the price for a replacement kitchen.
What happens all too often is the seller fits a new kitchen then the buyer rips it out in 6 months and replaces it with style and layout they prefer because they didn’t like the original.
I would advise either not bothering, or getting the whole kitchen modernised and reflect that the price of the property. Most of the time it’s not worth the bother…
