We cut up airliners with 2 inch petrol grinders using stone discs. About 30 blades per aircraft

After writing that, I remember cutting up a DH Rapide for the engines and other bits, as we had one in need of some stuff for ours, also an unwanted (back then!) kite that we found in the midlands and after a careful check flew home. Cost? £200.. That was IIRR, the bill for hangerage.
