There's all ways much faffing involved aligning boats in the water, when you've got currant in the canal, but it was ok.

That last photo is the lads inspecting the state of the wood after only six months in the water...
That's another issue.
Not mine.
The only issue is the front wheels rub under the gussets, so slight modification needed.
Security, car ahead and behind, with beacons, hazard lights, hi viz, stopping vehicles , organising safe times to overtake / pass.
Everyone, well nearly pulled over and filmed/ took photos.
(Everyone knows everyone here, and the launch was late and awaited by locals).

Then the big boat we put in, came up the canal, and we christened the boat. (Well we drank beer.)
Interesting afternoon.
No major problèms.
10 km/h there, 4.15m over hang
20 km/h back. No overhang.

I need to trim the gussets to prevent tyre chewing, but you need to be at 85 / 90 degrees for tyre munching.

Yeah, when you said that and I looked at the photo initially I though 'ooh', but that's a good size telescopic, when I was on the slipway, the brakes held, I had the handbrake on at one point, engine off, and the handbrake held the big boat. I stayed in the cab, it was a test on the equipment, it's good to know.Yeah, I’m sure its absolutely fine, just looks dodgy!!
Or suspension.

I might have to start a thread on advantages of flexibility / rigidity in a trailer, see what people on here think.

I'm used to that, I explained a bit and showed him in the narrower turns, that he wanted to get over the opposite sides of inner curves, the outer curves ?
You know what I mean.
I just put the big one in, I was driving a pilot car ahead and on the return, stopping, slowing and pulling over vehicle's..
Amazing what you can do with a yellow beacon thing, and a hi - viz jacket, parked across a road....

( or Brune at a push, at least you can find that over here).
Edit: hmm, looks like I'm out of touch. Tripel you can still get, but Radieuse appears to have been replaced by Rituel, which I haven't tried.
At 9%, it won't be a session beer (unless you're Chuck Norris)
