I remember Dickies from when my brother was an industrial clothing buyer. First pair I had were made in Canada, amazing. Girls round my way and the local MILFs used to wear them with a snazzy belt and FMBs around the time of the Cannonball Run film.
Later made in India / Turkey. One pair I had the arm fell off straight out of the packet! Supplier tried to tell me it was a safety feature in case you got caught in machinery...
The thing was they did them in R, regular and T, tall.

This always reminds me of when I was working in a local factory and the fitters were all measured for tailored boiler suits by a service that supplied and laundered them. One of the fitters, we'll call him Jim because that was his name, received his boiler suits and when he tried one on it looked like the trendy joggers with the gusset between the knees and the legs were all bunched up over his boots. One of the other fitters stood on a bench and lifted the shoulders up till the gusset was in the right place and Jim looked like the headless horseman with his collar about a foot above his head.

One place I worked got the HR lady to sort out new overalls, the problem was she got confused with inches and cm's, when the first batch turned up some of the boilersuits would turn you into a soprano when you tried to get them over your shoulders and some of the trousers had waists so big they would be more suited to clowns in a circus

As OP I should follow up on this. From @James1979 post about boiler suits being shorter in the leg, I decided to have a punt at a set of the Portwest Bizweld in a tall leg xxxl. I ordered them from Amazon and I'm glad I did because they were flecking huge around the waist! I sent them back and got the xxl tall which are still a bit baggy on the waist, fit my shoulders well enough. And the length? Perfect! Good heavy weight material and at £42 I thought they were good value.

Just bought a pair of these. Upto 36in leg. And only 14 quid. Plus they are fire retardant. Probably quite a good deal for anyone not just tall people. I have hard Yakka FR shirts and they are very good quality

Always had good luck with the roots ones, multitude of leg sizes and even fit my waistline in them
They look a bargain. Might try a pair myself.
