No not yet. I'm getting one £200 cheaper than the one I was originally looking at. I haven't told my wife but we may be picking it up this weekend. Or the guys mate may drop it off next week, just need to sort out how best to get it here.

I bought a length of heavy angle to make different sized bars for it

I am sure there is more tricks to it then i have learnt by sodding around with it

I've got a manual for it which shows some stuff you can use it for if you'd like a copy let me know.

I was wanting a 1m one but they're a lot more rare. My plan is to tidy up and give the 600mm a coat of paint and sell it on when I get the larger version.

That is a possibility. I have thought of that. Be easy enough to get a lot of the bits laser cut and then machine up the rest.

Like many I wanted the meter version, but they either fetch 800+ or are on Mars. I had to travel to London to get the 620.

I did think about building a longer version, but I've access to 3mtr 7axis machines just round the corner, so any folding I need thats too big I take there.

A beefier version might be a better idea

Mines a 620 & it has 4 braces, they usually have 3, not complaining, just that I've not seen a 620 with 4.

I'd say the brace is the hardest part

If you have a 600mm one I don't think it would be too hard to widen it to a 1mtr one

A lot could just be laser cut and beefed up in the design including the braces I would think. Will have a look when I get it.

Had a look at the folder today, it was more light weight than I imagined but looks spot on. Picking it up on Monday on my way home.

Got the folder home today, didn't have time to put it back together. Not that heavy, lifted out of the car by myself without a fuss or a hernia. Will put her on the stand and a spit and polish.
