Can it do 0.9mm bodywork?

My sills were 0.8 0r 0.9 and it worked fine (15v 38amp lowest setting), you need a decent Gasless wire though (Lincoln Innershield NR211 for me).

Before attacking sill welding, get a load of practice in, beads, butt joints, different welding positions etc.

As for gasless welding, there, I can't help.
