There's a factory reset on page 10 of the manual under 'parameters' but it's for the tig factory presets, not sure if this qualifies, a full reset to factory settings for all functions would indeed be handy. Let me know if you discover one. I'll post pics of my torch mods later on.

I don't remember if there is a general reset ... but basically (as my knowledge is !) the factory presets shouldn't set post-gas at 20 sec ... Imho.
And "hidden" sub-menu is linked to Tig only, I presume, nothing to do with MMA.

Try and tell us (after saving existing settings on a sheet of paper) !!!

If anybody has access to the Castolin Eutectic concise manual for programming "Item Code 39699" that's mentioned on page 10 of the standard manual I'd be really (I mean really, really) interested in obtaining a copy!!

These are off page 10 and 11 of the standard manual and it appears that you can reset Tig levels and MMA levels to the factory settings as listed under Parameters of the pre-set Castolin Program.

Hey Guys,

Don't speak too soon, I've connected my setup switch common from X10 pin 3, L switch up from X10 pin 2 and L switch down from X10 pin 1. Sure that's right I think. So I need to identify the two wires for the tig torch trigger?, is it X10 3 (common and X10 pin 5 switch up??

I also have a french version, PDF too, somewhat different, with an additional section where I found detailed informations about sub-menu levels (0 to 3).
Title : Set-Up functions and errors codes.
Level 0 : Preliminary settings (basic settings for TIG and MMA)
Level 1 : Service Menu (test, ...)
Level 2 : Code locking
Level 3 : AC functions
