Hi guys. My TransTig is currently in perfect condition. I want preventative replace main capacotor 3300uF/400V, know somebody dimensions or specific type od these capacotor? I am actualy far from welder...thank you

Hi Peet.

Have a look at Kemet capacitors ... I don't remember if one of mine was from Kemet ... long time I opened the side panel !!!

For example at RS components ref 381-9740.
Exact specs to be confirmed.

Where you coming from?
I cracked a 3000 transtig for spares an got original capacitors here. 2600 and 3000 got 2 of them.
But tbh I never got a bad buffer cap here.

Hi guys. Sorry for the delay. I have already bought a capacitor, it was not so expensive about 50 € but thank you for your help and offer. It still works, but after so many years, I just want to replace it as a precaution. By the way Jan, I'm from Central Europe, from Slovakia.
