Got the hole cut in the wheelhouse for the hauler. Packed up the hauler to get the required angle and then measured for the 8mm plate that I cut on the plasma on my way home.
I also got the 5mm plates on the bulkhead and wheelhouse welded.

Welded up the box for the secondary helm pump and got that fitted and also welded in the top plate for the control handles. That allowed me to measure up for the front and sides which I also cut on the plasma on the way home.

Steaming ahead with this roller system, only been 4 days on it and likely will be finished in another 2 days unless I hit a snag

Got the hauler box welded up and the hauler fitted. That took me all day yesterday as it was just so awkward for some reason, the last boat (his brothers) was simple but on this we just weren't getting enough clearance when doing it the same way.

As can be seen I also got the roller bracket welded up today, the grind stone is just for use to place it correctly as the roller is not made yet.

I also got the rope chute made.

Bait box and cleat made/welded in place.

Door catch and bits for holding a crate.

And lastly I got the control handle/spool valve main box done.

Went up to fit the rollers, spool valve handle and seal etc.
The boat is supposed to be getting launched today but there was no one about and by the time my text was answered I was home so I will see it tomorrow back in Arbroath.

Today the skipper handed in the nylon and I got the rope keeper blade made.

Then made a stepped washer and got it fitted to the boat.
