Still a bit miffed they haven’t sent out an MSDS and nothing about contents printed on bottles, giving them a few days before complaining.

@The_Yellow_Ardvark what do you use for wax? I think the closest thing I’ve got will be Briwax, is this machine wax worth the bother?

I use Briwax as well.
Or bees wax mixed with linseed oil.

I have machine wax, but only use that on machine parts after cleaning to give a smooth finish. For example on the MIS piller drill table

I have never used the stuff John but according to the blurb 1 litre of the blacking solution can cover between four and eight square metres, not sure sure about shelf life but its seems better value than paint when you consider how good the finish is.I can feel a kit coming on
