whm_fab, i will check the labels on my coolant tank or pump and see what it says.
other then that i can let it flow fully open into a container for 1min and see how much it gives out.
its not a problem, they need emptying anyway, well the one on the lathe does anyway,
soluble oil.... got it from chronos a while back.
think the coolant tank is 9 litres and it dilutes 25 parts water.
i took the pump out of the tank,
so i could give the tank a good wash out and also get a pic of the pump and its label for you.
i have the small nozzle on the end of the pipe for the lathe.
i find it lets me have a strong jet, yet not alot of flood everywhere.
good when drilling etc.
with the small nozzle i let it run fully open for 1 min into a 2ltr bottle.
wasnt a lot TBH. but with the small nozzle i didnt think it would be.
the pump says its good for 15ltrs a min.
but i would think the end nozzle would have to be the big one that came with the pipe
hope this helps.
im thinking of getting one of these for the bandsaw pipe.
would help to keep the blade much cooler then a single stream..
I've never found the blade to overheat, unless it is blunt. And I've a load of scrap hanging from the handle to put more weight on the cut. It makes it cut faster and cleaner. Be careful though as too much and it will not cut straight
