Worth it, though.
Yeah but sadly they don't do the 1/2 BSP thread just 1/4Screwfix are reasonably priced for the XF.
I meant direct on the regulated outlet, not the tank. Then you can rule out hose. You should be able to do this with the 1/4 BSP connectors you already have around.Easier said than done...lol. That was my plan but the connection in the end of the air tank appears to be 1/2 inch BSP and I don't have any xF connectors with that size on the end. Screwfix just don't supply these and the usual eBay 2 week wait and search for outlets that wil do next-day are non existent.
No local outlets ,as far as I can tell, stock them.
Well found....I have grabbed one anyway in case. BUT I am not sure of the thread in the air receiver for the 24litre air tank on the Ferrex compressor.
Yeah I have done this on all the compressors I have had. But never had one with such a small tank.My 3hp Clarke came with an integrated regulator with two outlets.
I managed to smash it one day, and was shocked to see the narrowness of the internal passages. Tapping straight into the tank with wide bore fittings must be the way forward.
