Yes been messing about with a mk1 mini for a while, didn't realise was same user on mini forum, the Bergen mini gun is listed with 0.8 and 1.0 needles, I have learned a lot over last 12 months with paint and preparation, most information has been off this forum. I have a restoration thread on mini forum will put some updates on it soon, just I hadn't done anything over the winter.
Many will say you can't paint a car with a small gun, but sometimes you just have to make do with what you have or can afford and make most out of it.
I have however found since I decided to get an airfed mask and use 2k products I have found it much easier and better than when I tried with cellulose so was worth the investment. Best of luck with your project.
