I read somewhere on here its really hard to seal the tank if you remove and refit the bung.

I spent 24 years working on 2000psi air compressors in the oil fields, and ptfe tape and a ‘shifter’ will easily seal 2000psi in. So you won’t have any issues with 150 psi.
