Yes, no problem, just remember the pressures they switch on and off at will be different, so one compressor will do all the work until it can't cope, then the pressure will drop enough for the other to kick in.

What if they are the same pressure switch’s should I manually lower one to work in tandem

Are they on the same ringmain? If so have them switch at slightly different pressure so you don't overload the circuit when the compressors start up.
