From the link posted above, it's a buzz-box with two power positions and it sells for £70. It looks like an inverter at first glance.
There's a manual, which is a bit garbled and seems to cover several models, but looking at the manual and the switch, which seems to be definitely two position, high and low, I'd guess the lower position was 80A.
