Well as Wozzaaah and chickenjohn requested in your earlier post "crap Welds" which I have just noticed, some photos would help in diagnosing the problem and allow people to help you further.

Post some pics. Try turning the power up as high as you can to get the penetration if the welds are standing tall as it is - even if you just put a big spot on. That way you can remove any issues about the machine and put it down to settings or tecnique.

what settings are you using? it looks like you might not have enough power, and you might be holding the torch too far away from the workpiece?? (I think that with gasless, you can hold the torch miles away, but you can't do that with gas). have you cleaned it up since welding, because you can't see any brown deposits indicating lack of gas coverage?
Yea i wire brushed it afterwards, and ive tried all settings and wire speed but i cant seem to get that bacon sizling noise. It just seems to spit and spatter.
