Only place I know of is in Blackburn, as they sell them and may sell boards.
But let the group know what has gone wrong and someone may be able to help with a diagnosis?
I thought mine failed yesterday, would not start the arc, then found that the nozzle was partially blocked, replaced and all OK again, I guess not enough air flow through the unit so a vavle/switch cut in.

As Adrian says Gary, there's a lot of knowledgeable people on here so post up symptoms and information and someone may well be able to assist

...these cutters may not seem to be upto the jobfault on my cut 40 is explained on earlier post,but no replies as yet, thanks for advice.
cutter not arcing, if i remove the ceramic swirl ring from the nozzle,then the gun will arc but cannot use it like this as the arc goes everywhere and will burn the nozzle out, if i replace the swirl ring as it should be,then no arc, i have changed the nozzle,swirl ring etc for new ones,twice and still no arc, any ideas anybody? thanks gary s.

This probably won't be the issue that you have with yours, but mine went through a phase where it wouldn't arc. I would tap the torch a few times on the bench and then it would fire up.
All of a sudden it dawned on me what the problem was - where the hose connects to the box, there was a weakness in the pipe, and it would kink sometimes, and cut off the air flow. The frantic tapping would be enough to move the cable and open up the air flow for a short while.
I remade the connection, and wrapped a length of spiral cable harness stuff around it, and now it's as good as gold.
Worth a look maybe?

I would check what the pressure meter is reading sounds like it is just an air problem.
Also and I hope I am not being insulting here, but have you assembled it correctly as in
and not this way
Also note the electrodes are different lengths for different length nozzles.

ok i will try different gaps but at the moment there,s no spark when i press the trigger on the gun,so you might be right.ah, that's something I don't know

i have one of these that wont arc,
i bought it damaged and replaces a burnt out capacitor,and the damaged pcb track [see pic]
theres a lot of stuff inside one of these, [see pic]
but to be fair it looks well put together...
after fixing, it fired up with the torch with it,
but the torch that had parts missing,and it melted the tip,
bought and fitted a new torch
..but still no arc....it must be close...
i will have a look at the hf contacts,
one cap burnt out , the other scorched....
