Do you think the shematics of wire speed control, to put up like PCB ???

Aha, i pick up the shematic from my friend and you see..this is a simply frequent regulator for dc motors /12vdc/
But how wired up the heavy current side i dont know because i only roll down the wire from current side to put down the voltage / was ~50v ac/ to ~20-25v ac, without anny measurment, only what i think
, maybe litle much but ok./ now 19-22v ac/. If you have a rel transformer / like i'm./ with taps, you have a 1/2 mig welder!
I speek with some people and say that chunk it's werry important part of welder like a capacitors.I work on chunk and see if upgrade how work.

hello !
I aded some extra components like kapacitors and choke transformer.The result it's impresive.The welder work great, sound it's great, the weld quality much
better.The choke transformers have 20 circuit same cable like a first transformers, the capacitor it's 4700 mf/100v.
here some photo, the components its under test, but the result very good.
Next step is the control unit...

Yes in some cases i'm not no wat are doing, but i drink some botle of cold beer and sombody switch light on ...
I think that the chooke transformers not work corectly, maybee i roll moore circuit ..abou 30-40 or maybee 50.
If i put two capacitors the weld it's drastical bad / put in serial or parallel mode the resuld it's the same- bad / but the one work ok,
Now a weld not soo high, and penetrate much better, with chooke and cap. the sound
it's "zzzzzzzz" and a arc is stable, tipical sound of mig welding

The capacitors should be added in parallel, so that 4,700 + 4,700 will give you 9,400 uF.
In series, the safe working voltage would be higher ( 100 + 100 = 200 VDC ) , but the effective capacitance will be half ( 2,350 uF ).
So two capacitors in parallel should work as well or better than one alone. If the effect is bad, then maybe one of them is faulty.
For the choke ( inductor ), there will be a limit based on the size of the iron core, after which more turns of wire will have no further effect ( it will "saturate" ).
From the pictures of your results, it looks like you have already got it about right.
It is also good to see that you have an Aparat za Gasenje ( fire extinguisher ) nearby, and a brave Guard Cat to protect your welder.

I'am think about what you say; the iron core, i read somwhere that the inductor must be
the same size of the supply transformer and same wire size /fi/.My it's not this size but the wire size its the same.Better welder have the inductor electronicaly regulated and its werry important thing of welder /afcourse of weld quality/.
I try to find bigger transformer and see what happens.In my case, to i begin to work this welder from "zero" and no expirience i'am werry happy to work, limit it's a plate to 2mm to work autobody it's perfect.
Fire extinguisher is not to fire, it's a co2 gas for welder !!/ako zatreba moze sluziti svrsi/
but in emergency yes .. to fire.
Cat / two / and dog its a guard and werry intresting for anny project in my garage.
