The wedges seem quite hard to get. Loads in America, a couple of very expensive places in the UK, but no easy, reasonable places to get them that I could find.
Iirc, I bought mine off a chap on Homeworkshop, a great site for folk [generally individuals] selling all sorts - they've saved my bacon a couple of times.
