They tend to if you order regularly.
Dont think they do the printed big blue book any more though, my catalogue must be about 5 years old. But its still better than the web search option.

I just can be bothered looing at all that on my lap top! zooming in and out of everthing! cant beat a proper brochure

For just normal "run-out" type jobs any will do. But there are many and varied types available, Dial size and imp/metric, Travel length of the spindle, accuracy of reading from 0.001" to 0.0001" per increment, Likewise with the stand, Multiple choices available, Clocks are also available in a digital format, Try google images, there should be lots to choose from.

Has it had much use? I have a few, got one to try and so far so good. Nice and solid and very fast to set.

I had one of the flexible shaft stands, it was crap; it moved when you turned the locking lever and if you pushed it back 90% of the time it loosened.
Bosch pumps have an M8x1 thread you have to get the stick down. I cobbled together a thingie to hold a gauge for bosch pumps.

I haven't noticed anything but i use it with a long travel gauge for setting stops or looking for run out on machines.
I just lock in place and set zero on the dti, maybe movement might show up on a dial with shorter movement.

if u can afford one get the magnetic snake mount more versatile than the solid rods . they can be a pain
