E05-00 error after some 5-10 seconds (bridge?)

Black would normally be connected to the gas, the red to the dinse and the pipe from the dinse to the red output on the cooler.

Put the torch that works into the dinse and connect the gas. But leave the 5 pin amphonel connected from the torch that your having trouble with and see if that triggers the machine to weld. This will rule out/in any wiring issues with the other torch

Exactly as Hood says you might have to lengthen the dinse adapter hose.

You forget that in an aircooled torch the gas and power travel together, but in a watercooled torch the power travels with the red water return line.

(unless it's some cheap chinese torch where they don't care about the proper order!)

Its a binzel torch i realise now the power has to run along the red line, i will have to get another dinse adaptor to run the water from the cooler, and make something so i can run my gas along black line without cutting the end off, wont be the end of the world if i have too, when sorted ill put a picture up, thankyou folks
