I hope so too. Last thing I want is putting off them. Next welder I buy is one of those.
I'm far from an expert in these things but it sounds to me like they are fixing the problem but not the problem causing the problem if that makes any sense. 3 repairs under warranty is a bit coincidental for a machine of that level. I'd make it very loud and clear they need to start looking at replacing it as they've had there chance to repair it. Tell em it's costing you money and customers to be without it.You wont believe this , I certainly dont , been using the machine on and off on DC for the last two weeks , first try at Aluminium and the machine packed up again !
I'm totally miffed , once again I cant do the job for the customer , needed for wednesday , wont get the machine picked up and replaced that quick! Im gonna have a strong word with my supplier and see if I can get a replacement machine rather than a repaired heap again
