I tried that this morning but same behaviour. It's not like when the unloader valve activates though, just a rythmic vibration to the whole machine, but the powerwash jet is steady.
There's some slight dripping I see from cylinder 4 but I doubt it can be a cause since it's so slight. Most of the leakage is before the DIY nozzle however and there is some slight leakage on the intake hose. Perhaps all these combined.
I am thinking it might also just be how this washer is. Or maybe inaccuracies in how I made the repairs to the pistons, slight discrepancies in height and thus volume per cylinder might be introducing the issues.
