If you can have a look that would be great. Thanks. I guess around 150mm diameter feels about right? Slight V for 3 idlers and flat with a friction surface (e.g. rubber) for the drive pulley. It has to cope with the knot and poo bag flying past it!Anyway there is a supplier near me that has delrin offcuts 2- 8" at a reasonable price, I'll have a look, Im happy to turn a few pulleys from a piece. I imagine you'd want a wide concave or V rather than flat faced. Plastic will give a lower mass and better acceleration.
