Grind it with a slitting disc then split it with a chisel
Grinder and chisel.
You can use a big bearing splitter and a press - if you love the shaft in question.

I once pressed a bush into a boom with a tele handlers fork after the press shat its oil all over.The guys have identified all of the removal methods I can think of, however if you’re looking for a fun and innovative (maybe not that innovative!) way to get the new bearing on I can recommend using an excavator.
