I was thinking that, what sort of radius can they take?

if your taking it in to the house down the wall just nitch a bit of brick out below the hole and it will go up and bend neatly in to the hole. you can bend it pretty tight just with your hands

I'm definitely now thinking SWA.

Couple of questions.

Should I just clip the SWA to the side of the house then put it in a conduit underground or does it need to be in conduit all the way?

Is there a derating for the SWA cable when it goes underground? IE what size SWA do I need to achieve a safe 32a radial?

the whole point of swa is you dont need conduit at all.

The SWA will not need conduit, it can be put in a duct underground but unless you can on putting other cables in or want to future proof it then there is no requirement to do so. 6mm 3core will be plenty big enough for 32a underground for that distance and with the 3rd core and armor will satisfy any earthing considerations especially if your earthing is PME or TN-C-S.
Rough bend radius 4x the cable diameter, try and keep them radius not sharp as it can damage the cable bedding layer.

Just to throw a spanner in the works there is an option to the swa!

Make an L shaped frame in steel to replace the section of conduit in mid air, attaching it at both ends. Then wire the whole thing in 6mm hi-tuff, clipped along the wall & cable tied to the frame. If you use 25x25 angle profile for the frame the cable will sit neatly into the corner. Hi-tuff is easier to use than swa & a lot cheaper.

Though if it were me I'd still use swa! That conduit in mid air looks like a botch job!
