Sounds like you’ve got a lot of work to do on those 3! I think if I did it again I could of really done with getting the car a bit higher off the ground it was a bit of a struggle for space with the axle stands. I’d love a 2 post lift but not enough roof height in the garage unfortunately.Great read this. Gives me hope for doing the sills on the, Focus, 206 and Capris!

Ahh my bad, well then you’ve definitely got a lot of work to do ha ha..Erm...those 5. Capris plural.
I use the BiLs 2 post lift often for general work. Can't see it'd be any good for sill work as the pads sit under the sills.
Even with wheel adapters like this would you get good enough access?

No gloves. Often doesn't use his helmet.Check out YouTube. Fitzees fabrications has a few good tips for patch panels...here's just one
Yeah sure post one up, I’ve seen some bigger ones from SGS but not sure how much bigger they are than what I’ve got, will have to measure them. You can get higher axle stands. I have a set on my Jimny at this time as it happens replacing fuel and brake pipes. I can send you a photo if you want.
He is.Isn't Fitzee the guy who advocates laying the oversized repair patch on and cutting through both panels with the blade at 45 degrees?
I like the look of those flat top ones I could do with something like that for next time, I just went and measured the ones I have and they’re only 17” at full height so something like what you have would give me loads more room. I do need to clean up the front jacking points and redo the stonechip on them af some point soon so I’ll have a look. The two heights are 29in for the V and 27.5 for the flat top one which is extremely sturdy and are being used on the Jimny with the pad area an exact size to fit the chassis box section. I paid £50 for each pair and have two of the sturdy ones. That was a steal for them I reckon.
