Im not sure plastic ones would be any more effective than my fingernails which failed badly. Whe I rememeber Illl try a thin feeler gauge and razor blade.

I ordered a new car in the 80's and asked them to write "no advertising stickers on windows" on the order form, I called in to show my insurance details and the salesman said "your car is been prepped, would you like to see it?", as soon as I saw it I said "cancel the order" while pointing at the garage name sticker in the back window
There were no stickers when I collected the car

That is one of my pet hates - as well as garage name on number plate.

I bought a used car with the company sticker in the back window and told the salesman I hated them, he said "I shouldn't tell you, but they peel off quite easily", sure enough, when I got home it peeled off leaving no residue.

Thanks all for the suggestions. The amazon spudger tools arrived today and I got the plastic off in 2 mins with no heating or anything required. They were perfect to ram in behind and break the glue's grip



Above was one jammed in and getting stuck. So I used the second one and met it from the other side

Good news, looks like most off the adhesive pad came with it.

Damn useful, them spudgers.
