Bonded alu chassises I believe.

Yes heat cured as I mentioned before.
Ideally you need a 0.2mm gap for the glue to fill.
The 3m stuff has beads in it to hole the panels at correct distance to make sure its consistent strength.
Which I thought was quite clever.
