Good glue for PETg?

Ive stuck printed parts together by printing out glue stick sized solid rods of the same material and using them in my mains glue gun, bonds really well for what ive done

Loctite 480 works, its essentially rubberised superglue, which makes it less 'brittle' and more able to take up any unevenness.

All of the TDS on common adhesives specifically exclude PE, hence the question. Some websites suggest original Gorilla Glue (brown) but the TDS for that also excludes Polyethylenes. There is a PET 3D-Gloop but its exclusive distributor is out of stock. This snap ring needs to stay stuck in use, despite some load as the cap is removed and replaced. Superglues are too thin to take up the slightly uneven differences in the two printed parts. Most of the Cyanoacrylate glues also say no to PE, apart from a specialist plastic adhesive which comes in tiny quantities.

Have you asked Thomas when he is likely to get 3D gloop back in stock ?

I don't know but......my guess is he might be discontinuing magigoo products.
But it could be the selections are not good sellers.
However I would imagine at 50% off they might be worth getting.

I don't use it myself but thought someone might like it??
