I've been using a D3 commercial for a couple of months..plenty of room.
Toolbox and small welder generator on one side and still room for 500kgs of steel.

Im hopefully getting a disco 3 commercial soon and poeple say im daft to want to do what i do in it. Now ive seen this pic i know im not the only one

I run a pickup sometimes I fancy a big flatback or lwb transit but I should only get it stuck! Likely to be coming away from mobile work soon
a near neighbour is an agricultural engineer and he runs out of an old disco van, it aint half full of stuff

Ive just noticed a v8 discovery commercial for sale. Tidy enough and fun enough for tugging buckets about. May just buy that for how much it costs but the disco 3 will be the main bus apart from my 2 sprinters

I agree with what you say bill, but somedays when it's howling with rain and wind, being able to draw up right next to a machine in some mucky field or quarry yard is worth its wieght in gold. The defender has done me well for working out of for the last three years but I need a van with more space aswell

You can get 4x4 vans. The firm I do a lot of work for use them in the woods. Vito's and Sprinters. Costly I would think.

Not that I know of........ Mostly chancers on here I reckon. Lol
