I've not yet visited this pair, but they're in my locale. The lower one on a church in Epping forest. Both attributed to Phlegm, apparently a well-known artist.

I thought they looked familiar! He's done a few pieces in Sheffield (Wiki says he lives there ).

This one (Not my photo) is just up the road from The Frog and Parrot. It's very impressive up close.

EDIT:
Took me a while to find this, I wasn't even sure if I'd remembered it properly, but this is inside the abandoned Record tools factory. Or was, apparently it's now been covered. There's a few smaller pieces in there too I believe.

I noticed someone spraying the other day and the spray was like a calligraphy pen so I had a google. I had know idea the artists had such a wide variety of fancy spray nozzles to use.
