I like the Myking clamps because they are solid brass, a very heavy construction and because you can screw them down really tight so not relying on a spring.
If you have a permanent welding table, the logical best way to do this would be to eliminate the clamp (and the cost of some of clamps with the 100x csa of the actual ground cable), and bolt the crimped lug on the end of the cable directly to a hole drilled in the table top. The contact pressure will be higher than any clamp.
Bolting the earth lead to the table gives an excellent connection between the welder and table but does not always ensure a reliable contact to the actual workpiece
