Also worth considering the ease of use, cost of ownership and how long it can be kept in a usable state upon the shelf.
How much product do you really need - this one off repair, or would you have a use for the remains within their stated shelf-life?

Its a one off repair, although who know what I will repair in the future.
However, it's certainly not something I do every day, probably maybe two or three times a year, if that.

I normally buy aerosol cans, as and when required, so a job of this size, I only expect to use maybe two 500ml cans of paint plus primer.
