depends on what it is also remember this is a UK forum so prices here may not be the same in SA
Not sure what make it is.but its the complete tig setup without the bottle.I was looking a b uilding a phase converter,but I can't find any parts in sa..how does the rotary converter work?do I need all the caps and that?or can I get the 3 phase out of the 3 phase motor only?

Get rid of it and buy a single phase machine. Simple as that.
I agree suck salt swollow the pill and get rid of sell or exchange ,
I don't know what it's like where you are but here in the UK any home spun equipment causing a loss, sends the insurance into who can we blame mode
to get out of paying.ie who was the last competant person to work on this equipment, who made it etc?

hi guy.so i got a cebora 3 phase mig welder.tryed to sell it but no one seemed interested in buying it.so i read up a bit on the rotary phase converter.i got the plans to build 1,but i have no idea what the values of the caps or any of the parts.not even sure what size motor to use...in uploading the diagram of the phase converter and the spec of the welder.could some please help me with the values??????
