i see your point, mate...but if you want to keep your job you don't wan't to annoy your boss with those kinda things, he'll kick you out first chance he gets!
I know i'm a factory welder too, it's hard enough to pay all the bills as it is...but my opinion is it's a bit stupid to sue your boss for that just to make some money...
we already have too much people that live off society like that!!!
