I could see how it could earn its keep though if you were intending to do a lot of car restoration in your retirement, looks as though it could get into areas hard to get to with conventional tools, see I’m trying to talk myself into one now.

Could you not have saved the cost of all the fancy tools and bought a car someone else had done, then just polished it!
Just saying as the novelty of welding under a car soon wears off!
