As Shenion said, really need a shot of the whole white panel to label things properly but if you download and read the Miller TIG handbook that was mentioned a while ago, it explains what slope controls, post flow etc are. There are NO standard settings for most of them, depends on the job (material, section thickness, welding speed, personal preference etc.etc.), especially when dealing with pulsed TIG. You have to experiment learning the effects they make as you go, settings i use on my machine don't directly translate if i use someone elses- always need to set it up with some scrap until i've got a feel for the plant
Preflow ('pre purge' on your pics) is about the only parameter that can be set and forgoten about (1 sec will cover you for most materials)
Many of the parameters are discussed in more detail in this thread. At best it's only a starting point though
You really would be better off passing on that mag job, especially if it's welding on a chainsaw case! List price of mag filler FWIW, expect to pay at least 60% of those prices although i would be VERY happy if someone says i'm talking nonsense and they're available for much less £££
Set it to 'DC straight' and have a play on some mild steel. Switch the pulse OFF, follow the miller guide for postflow settings, amperage and tungsten and get a feel for torch and filler control.
