How to replace hanging vertical roof tile?

higher up puts it over the bow area of the tile so isnt really supported well

the lower part is best as well supported just squirt a glob of silicone in the hole first before the screw to act as a hole sealer most dont bother though as the felt behind normally reflects any water that does get through both tiles where the drill holes are

Ok those are clamps and correctly placed but those are standoffs, not quite the same.

And definitely overkill on the bolt.
