I use 2 pack at home and its fine but you have to use a good mask, I use the 3M short duration mask, also wear gloves and a paper paint suit as it can apparently be taken in through your skin,the fumes will hang around for a few hours so when you go back to look at what you did put the mask on, i wear my mask when mixing the paint also.
Its all common sense really as other than air nothing is good to breathe. Cellulose isn't good for you either
If you have a big compressor get yourself a HVLP gun as they spray at a lower pressure and have minimal overspray.
A good primer to use is Epoxy primer, this is a 2 pack also but sticks like you wouldn't believe.
I like to use Lechlar paint, its not very expensive and not cheap either but gives great results, Max Meyer is good too, beware of cheap paints as thats exactly what they are.
