Sorry about the delay. I would never have guessed circlip pliers for the first one. The middle one does have a hole in the knurled cap And I would be pretty sure it is a plumb bob although I’ve never seen a home made one before.
Thanks for the replies, if I see anything else I can’t identify in the box i’ll put up a picture.

it hasnt a taper on it so it wont be a dead center that you put in the tailstock and it wouldnt be used in a chuck in the tail;stock

And it wouldn’t be used in the 3 jaw chuck on a lathe, either.
