G clamp and some tube. clamp left side with g clamp, fixed end , place tube on other side clamp up and bobs your auntie
done it a few times. then add a a bit of solkid round ar or a bolt the fixed end of g clamop til its through

I'd be tempted to drill a hole through right hand side. 6mm should be ok but you'd need to do that in stages. Then you can get a bar in to give it some twisting to free it up a bit then get a pry bar or heavy screwdriver to lever the bar and thus pin off the body of the hinge.

Or you could get the end of a crowbar on the end of the pin and hit the crowbar near the hinge. You'd need 2 people for that and a good long crowbar.

Mind you don't flare the end of the pin too much or it will stick.

I've had a similar problem when I first tried to replace my hinge pins and it was a right PITA of a job!

The first time I did it I got some 6" nails and shaping them over an anvil so that I could get the tip to sit square in the top and used this beat the little b****r out. It took absolute ages!

When I had to take the doors off again last year I was a bit more prepared and tried a different tack. I had a look at the hinge pin removal tool as sold my machine mart and sykes picavant and decided to make my own effort using a length of angle and an M5 machine screw as I found it fitted perfectly up the hollow of the pin. This was much more successful and took a fraction of the time.

my latest thoughts are ...

bit of random angle ..drill a hole that fits over the end on the pin and chamfer the edges , weld it on with maximus power

once cool batter it with a club hammy

why not make a simple extractor something like below use some heavey steel some threaded bar and a piece of tube for the pin to enter as it pops out

right ive had yet another look

ive got a small vice...it doesnt fit in , but if i could make some jaws that overhung the ends a bit say 40mm , i recon that would do it

thing is what spec steel would i need that wont bend like toffee

Looking at this picture,

, just a left-field thought, hard to say from a digital photo, but, looks like it might be thick seam sealer around the hinge and possibly not weld. Get your hand inside the door and have a feel if there are any nuts holding the hinge to the door via studs.

If it is welded, grrr, I don't like door hinges that are welded to the door :-(

you are going to have to use heat. heat untill cherry red and drive up from underneath to break the joint. i use a snap on pry bar (i know they are not ment to be hammered) but good, when you break the joint you can use the pry bar on the top of the pin . dont be afriad to hit it when cherry red
