1 battery cost that if the rest was normal price id say price listed to cheap but the lot seams way to cheap

If its it a refurbished unit, they can be had quite cheaply. There was a tool repair shop near where I lived overseas that occasionally had repaired tool's for sale which the customer never picked up.

heaps of people fall for these scams unfortunately.

Scammers know how to get people, usually with these part of the method is making it look like a sale which is going to end very soon. Urgency makes people far more likely to buy the item before they have time to think about it being a scam or ask people. Luckily in this case the OP thought about it and asked.

You can't actually order it says unable to take payments so I suspect the payment provider has closed their account!
I always use spurious email addresses etc when I test things like this!
