Not sure if its 100mm vent pipe or 110 soils pipe you have in the wall, either way you may be able to trim this down to fit

You might just get a Metal Box 6 x 6 x 2" in there cut the back out a slot for your cables.https://www.toolstation.com/metal-box-with-knock-outs/p57971
I would probably just go with a ply cover.
Can you get a blank for the vent duct then fit a conduit stop end box to the blank with copex into it.
Although copex looks like it might be a bit short.
Think you are over thinking it @bigegg like @eLuSiVeMiTe's sugestion
Why not move switch to cover pipe then you loose the plastic conduit & the draped lead

possibly.
there are issues with bricking it up, unfortunately.
the vent pipe is extremely well attached to the surrounding bricks, and the internal wall - it would be a hammer + chisel, then rebuilding and replastering + redecorating job.
something like a pattress box or terminal - except 6 or 8 inches square (or round) that i could just run conduit into would be perfect.
i might just 3d print something.
the opposite end of the pipe is embedded in the plaster of the opposite wall, and is attached with something with the tenacity of sikaflex (or MIL's "cooking")Reciprocating saw cut the length of the tube top and bottom, it will then come out. Then brick it up.
