Well the welding turned out poor quality with the first generator a lack of power, and took a while to get welder going ok so not good for welding panels, I chipped it on for what I paid for its running s cement mixer somewhere in south Devon....
Saved some cash and picked up this old school one... 6.6 kva max 6.0 kva constant Briggs and stratton engine very strong apparently

look for a second hand welder generator preferably a diesel with a yanmar engine , I bought one off gumtree for £250 , it is a 200amp stick welder and I can run my smaller mig on it as well ,that way you get the best of both worlds
