I've never heard of a single phase model of this line, I am not sure one exists.
As you can see it says 3~ before 230 and 400 v, this means 3 phase power for both voltages. And 3ph does come in both these voltages in europe depending on country. in Norway they have 230V and in Finland they have 400V for instance

The BOC 250c is the same welder they are single phase
and the 250 ive got oneThe 190 and 200 versions came in single phase options, from what I've seen for sale over the years. I keep an eye on those BOC machines, I'd love to compare single-phase trim to the full-fat 3ph...
Another thing I like with these is the fan dont run all the time pulling in crap, I never though about it till I pulled the side of my Cebora it was full of it. crap that is.I've had the welder at least 10 years and this was the first time I've had the cover off. Just shows how good they are.
