Hi, Kim, as you say if they are hidden.. personally I always dress back, apart from any corners or awkward bits. I also brush seam sealer after a flick over with etch primer. Have you decided if you are going to Galvanise or zinc plate? If so do that, seam seal, prime and colour. Then waxoyl the cavities. Also what you have done is not at all half-arsed. I also wish I was as good as Tony.

Okay I'll rough them down a bit but they don't need to be perfect .
I'm going to zinc plate, then going to seam seal, then marine grade primer (i think that's the correct way round to do it?) then nato green after and waxoil inside as you said.
He is incredibly tallented.
Be helpful to have some of the little blocks he has as well but this is the only real panel work I ever plan on doing! I'm not a fan but I guess I can do it, somewhat at least!

That's possibly where allot of hatred for this bulkhead is coming from lol. Although I work with blue gloves to keep my hands clean and cut free as much as possible. Helpful tip though, blue gloves don't stop angle grinder cuts

Missed this before: I used to be ADR but ONLY on 7! Used to supply radioactive materials, we stopped doing it as the costs of (Environment Agency) licencing were more than the annual profits.

TBH you should epoxy primer before seam sealer, well in my mind that is the best way to go. Seems the way car manufacturers do it to.

I'll let him know that when I see him, unfortunately I've not seen him for getting on a month now because of some poo excercise. I think I'm seeing him this weekend but then not for another month which is great because it gives me incentive to really get as much done as possible. Should be a rolling chassis with brakes and steering done by the next time he's here I hope.

Brilliant lol, I'm glad you think so. I prefer series like this to tv! Especially soaps omg they bore me. The only drama I'll allow in my life is the drama I cause tehe
