Not being into push bikes the 1st pic does not look a bitsa at all but instead a couple of grands worth of exotica..Not my thing but i totally understand the love of the hobby

Thanks. Yep been a fan of Zondas for years, if it was good enough for Robbie McEwan.

It's a Hongfu FM0069, really nice frame and the quality is very good. Planet x, Ribble and a few other big bike sellers here all use Chinese frames these days.

They were on offer when I bought them, the price was far too good to pass up.
I doubt there's that many carbon frames that aren't from China/Taiwan to be honest.

what I've found with having a bike for "best" and a hack is that i never actually use the good one cos I can't be bothered cleaning it after so the hack becomes the go to! Same with other stuff too, I have a fluke multimeter I keep in the house "so it doesn't get knackered", so the £10 screwfix one that lives on the bench in the garage gets used all the time!.. Should sell or throw away the duplicates really but they're worth nowt and I can't bring myself to bin something that works perfectly well!
I can't be the only one?

You're all making me ashamed I just bought my road bike from Hellfrauds, the only thing I've changed is the tyres, and that's just because I over inflated and burst the original.

That Hemlock is nice, I've only just realized your avatar is the Cotic logo. I'd love a decent mountain bike but there's no trails near here that I know of (No hilly ones anyway). If I get into Sheffield Uni I'll buy one, as I'd be living half an hour away from the Peak district.

Wazzaaah hate you!!! Still waiting for my knee scan results stuck in my office working with the road bike in here just to rub it in, Might chuck the bike out the window later this afternoon.

Same here,1 in the van, 3 in the garage plus a nice cheap ISO tech RS one and one in the house.

Nice rides by the way. I have a Cube 29" mountain bike with front sus but prefer mine with an engine.

Not Geax tubes are they, I bought 10 of them and after three failures near the valve stem, I binned the lot. Now I only buy well known brand make tubes. I sorned my land rover 5 years ago and get round on a treader! Maybe I need a road bike?

I cut back on my treaders a few years ago, only been riding since 2012, but they were breeding like rabbits, I have this thing for cheap bikes for sale localy. I only have three bikes in use and three frames to be used. I forgot the frame upstairs and two frames in the dirty shed.

No, they're Vavert ones.
It's the actual valve core leaking, nothing I can do to stop it either, even nipping the brass collar up with pliers doesn't seal them.
Funny, the reviews don't seem too bad so maybe mine came from a bad batch.
I recognise that workstand, it looks identical to mine....Lidl?

Do some servicing on friends bikes who run Zondas...they are nice wheels, light and stiff. Dream to service compared to Shimano. Have a look at Fulcrums as well, made in the same place as Campag

I run a set of Shamals on my ermmm "wet" bike. Set of Mavic Exalith on my ermmm "dry" bike, set of Zipp 808's on my ermmm "TT" bike, and a set of Fulcrums on my errmm "commuter"...............proper cyclist n+1 bikes

Did my first tri this time last year, got my 4th next weekend but as I've torn my calf I've had to get a friend to do the run for me.
Got my first open water one later on in the year, I'm looking forward to it!
